About
Built by a practicing artist.
Sunlit Ranch was built by Matty Mo — The Most Famous Artist — as his personal home and working studio. From this property, he launched Art City, a sculpture park and creative outpost named by Time as one of the World's Greatest Places.
The ranch sits on 5 acres of open land near Tucumcari, just off historic Route 66. No neighbors. No noise. No distractions. It's the kind of place where you can hear yourself think.
When Matt travels, the property is offered to other artists, writers, and makers who need the same thing he built it for: uninterrupted time with real space to work.
